Bob Liddle Kustom Koozies

Bob Liddle is one of the co-owners of Kustom Koozies.

Background:   Bob grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina.   He spent his summers at Lake Gaston.   In college years Bob spent his summers of Myrtle Beach as an outside sales representative.

Work Experience:
Bob grew up framing houses in construction crews in Raleigh.   He started and owned a t-shirt selling business in college which helped finance his college degree.   After college Bob started a screen printing company in Florida, building all their equipment including infra red dryer, screens, and presses.   This company printed shirts locally and was quite successful.   Bob decided to try the corporate world and worked as a Cost Analyst in Nuclear Engineering for Both Florida Power and Light and Carolina Power and Light.   Taking a step back from the Cost Analyst world Bob was an outside sales representative for Kinko’s in Raleigh.   His job was establishing relationships with small  and large businesses and making his branch one of the top 10 in the nation.   Bob was an owner of Custom Mail Solutions in Raleigh –   a bulk mail company.   Bob and his wife Julie have owned Kustom Koozies for sinc 1998.   Started up Raleigh Shirt Printer to meet the needs of companies in Raleigh.  Bob has also started a Promotional Products company.  Bob is the Executive Director of the Wake Business Alliance.

Education:

Graduated from Athens Drive High School in Raleigh
Graduated from East Carolina University with undergrad in Business, and MBA

Charity work:

Worked with Habitat From Humanity
Started a charity Strike for Survival to raise money for American Cancer Society
Served on Business Advisory Board for American Cancer Society
Served on Board of Directors with Activate Good in Raleigh
Serves as a mentor for ECU College of Business

Family:
Wife Julie and two kids.   Parents and in-laws all who live in Raleigh

Bob is a serial entrepreneur, and has started many businesses over the years.   Some have succeeded, and some have failed.

Church:

Bob and his family attend Crossroads Church in Raleigh.   His children are active in youth programs.
