We have 17 different styles of Koozies available to you. We make sure that the products you order are top quality. There are a lot of cheaper options available, and we will not offer them. We do not want to send out an inferior product.
Rush Options. As of this date our delivery time for one color print koozies is 10 days including weekendss. We can do quicker turnaround times. There is a fee of 25% of the order charge to do a quicker rush.
Customer Service. We offer a unique option. You can pick up the phone and call us at 919-97-5350. We answer the phone. We do not have 17 departments to choose from. If all lines are busy, leave a message, and we will call you back. We also have email. Just email [email protected]. Many customers use our online chat function. You can click, and ask any questions.
Graphic Arts Department at Kustom Koozies
We have full time graphic artists. These guys are fantastic. What makes them fantastic you ask? They can design and create art for you. And from their years of experience, they can edit your art to make sure it will render well on a Koozie. What looks great on a piece of paper does not always look that great on a koozie. Our guys can make it happen. They have many, many years of experience in this area.
Screen printers
Our screen printers have years and years of experience, and have printed millions of Koozies. They have seen it all. They know which yellow ink is going to look great on a black koozie. They know how to burn a screen correctly so that your image will look fantastic.
Packing and Shipping
Our packing and shipping department does a great job. We personally check each Koozie as it gets packaged. We do a couple of unique things. We often ship in boxes that have already been used. This saves us, (and you) money, and puts less boxes in our landfills. We ship so your order arrives on or before your due date.
Printing Equipment
We have dialed in our equipment to meet your needs. We have 7 presses total. Automatics, and manuals. We know which press will be the right fit for which job. We have screens specifically designed for koozies, and screens specifically designed for t-shirts, hats and hoodies. We have dryers that are perfect for curing all your products.
Screen Printing Apparel
More and more customers are learning, we are your go to team for screen printing shirts, hats, sweatshirts, jerseys, etc. This is a large part of our business and we ship all across the country.
