The best holiday for Koozies

At Kustom Koozies, we love our holidays. Some holidays are great for Koozies, and some are not all that great. Here is a quick preview and an evaluation of all the major holidays.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day: A great holiday to pay respects to a great man. Martin Luther King’s holiday is observed on the third Monday of January. From a Koozie perspective it is low on the Koozie ordering scale. It is usually cold, and not prone to outside gatherings. We see very few orders for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Kustom Koozies would like to see that change.

Veterans Day: We honor the veterans that sacrificed for our country. Veterans Day is held on November 11th every year. And the National Ceremony is held at Arlington National Cemetery. They made it so we can live the life we live now. We do see some orders for Veterans Day celebrations.

Labor Day: Labor Day is a holiday dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It is celebrated on the first Monday of September. Labor Day is on a Monday which makes a three day weekend. Many families and groups gather and hold an end of the year event. Labor Day is a really good day to have Koozies.

Thanksgiving: Thanksgiving happens on the fourth Thursday in November and is based on the colonial Pilgram’s harvest meal. It is a day of family’s celebrating the blessings of the year, feasting and football. It is primarily a family get together that is eagerly anticipated every year. We have tons of free clip art to use to design the perfect koozie fot this event.

Memorial Day: Memorial day is a federal holiday honoring and mourning the military personnel who died while serving in the United States armed forces. It is celebrated on the last Monday in May. Since it falls on a Monday it becomes a three day weekend. To many people, Memorial Day is the kick off to summer and there are large gatherings of friends and family to start summer. Many, many groups order Koozies for this event. They usually have their group or family name, and then a reference to honoring military personnel.

Christmas: Christmas is an annual festival commemorating the birth of Jesus. It is celebrated on December 25th. There are many family gatherings, parties, and events surrounding this holiday, and it is high on our list of Koozie holidays. This holiday gets a push on our list as many people order koozies as gifts. They may be for golfers, lake house owners, beach house owners or special teams. Regardless, it is high on the Koozie scale of holidays.

New Years Day: New Years Eve is on December 31. It is celebrated at evening parties where many people, eat, drink, dance watch or light fireworks. It is a must for having Koozies to commemorate the year and get ready for a new year. 2020 will be a big year for parties and events, as most people will be happy to let this year go by. We are looking forward to 2021.

Halloween: Halloween known as All Hallows Eve is celebrated on October 31st. It is a holiday with dressing up, trick or treating, candy and parties. A great party has a favor, and a great favor is Koozies. We have a lot of Halloween artwork to choose from for your personalized koozies.

Fourth of July: Fourth of July officially known as Independence Day is celebrated on July 4th. It is a United States Federal holiday commemorating the Declaration of Independence of the United States on July 4th 1776.
